Variations

A Variation is any change to the signed contract.
 
At Welcome Homes all variations to the building contract documents, including additional costs or credits, will be itemized and quoted to you in writing, showing the adjustment against the original contract.

All variations have to be accepted or declined in writing before any work is undertaken.

This protects everybody from any suprises.

When are Variation invoices raised?

Variation invoice claims are raised in conjunction with the staged building claim as the works are completed. We do not believe in lumping them all together at the end of the job.
