Director - Construction Supervisor

Colin is a LBP Trade Qualified builder with a combined 30 years of industry experience including architecture, property development, real estate and residential construction. He gives Welcome Homes the foundation in the intricate knowledge of the finer points of home construction that makes it unique in its operation. Colin appreciates that building is a very personal and likens it to a ‘short term marriage’, where it is important that there is strong foundation of trust.

In recent years he has served on management committees for the Master Builders House of the Year and Master Builders Apprentice of the Year. He has served as the President of the Waikato Master Builders Association and also serves on an employers group at Wintec.

Colin enjoys the thrill and challenge of mountain biking which is a great way to get in shape, make new friends and offers the opportunity to push yourself physically and blast away the cob webs.
